Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you can submit a return application within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To apply for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, that is, un-worn or unused, with the label attached, and in the original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or purchase voucher.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and inform you how to and where to send the returned package. Goods that are returned directly without prior application for return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
After receiving the goods, please carefully inspect them. If you find any defects, damages or receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. 
Exceptional cases / Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Regrettably, we do not offer return or exchange services for promotional items or gift cards. 
Communication; Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you already have. Once the return application is approved, you can purchase new items separately. 
EU 14-day cooling period
Nevertheless, if the goods are to be shipped to the EU region, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, without having to provide any justification. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused or unopened, with labels attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and complete the refund operation.
